Acceptance of Terms

By clicking "Start," "Pay," or using any Telegram bot, website, or software operated by Rahisisha Tech Ltd, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Nature of Services

Rahisisha Tech Ltd is a Software as a Service (SaaS) provider.

  • We are NOT a Bank: We do not hold customer funds in our own operating accounts for lending purposes.
  • We are NOT a Financial Advisor: Nothing in our tools constitutes financial advice.
  • For TrustBot Users: Rahisisha Tech provides the interface for escrow. The actual funds are held in M-Pesa accounts managed by the specific Group Administrators or licensed partners. We are not liable for the actions of third-party Administrators.

Payments and M-Pesa

  • Authorization: By inputting your phone number, you authorize us to trigger an M-Pesa STK Push or validate a transaction on your behalf.
  • Non-Refundable: Subscription fees for Revenue Guard are non-refundable once the period has started.
  • Platform Failures: We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by Safaricom M-Pesa outages or Telegram API downtime.

User Conduct

You agree NOT to use our bots for:

  • Money Laundering or financing terrorism.
  • Selling illegal goods (drugs, weapons, contraband) via TrustBot.
  • Fraudulent chargebacks (requesting M-Pesa reversals after receiving a service). Penalty: Permanent ban from all Rahisisha products and reporting to the relevant authorities.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Kenyan law:

  • Rahisisha Tech Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data, profits, or business interruption).
  • For TrustBot transactions: Our liability is strictly limited to the technical functioning of the bot. We are not liable for disputes between Buyers and Sellers regarding the quality of goods.
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the last three (3) months.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend your access to our bots immediately, without notice, if:

  • You violate these Terms.
  • We detect suspicious activity on your M-Pesa transactions.
  • We are required to do so by law enforcement.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Nairobi.
